GoodLine

Calendar connections for appointment booking by your AI receptionist.

GoodLine helps local businesses answer customer calls and schedule appointments. With your permission, the calendar connection checks open times in your Google Calendar and saves the appointment a caller chooses on your selected business calendar. This Google API integration is used for scheduling, not image or video generation.

This information page is public. You do not need an account or a sign-in to read it. Read how GoodLine handles calendar data.

Booking pilot. Calendar booking is available on configured pilot lines after the owner connects a calendar, chooses hours and completes setup and testing. Google verification is pending. A connected calendar alone does not turn booking on.

How calendar booking works

  1. GoodLine sends the business owner a private connection link. The owner signs in with Google and chooses which permissions to grant.
  2. The owner selects an owned calendar for new appointments, calendars to check for conflicts, and booking hours.
  3. On an enabled phone line, the AI receptionist offers available times. A booking is confirmed only after Google confirms it was saved.

The event includes the caller's name, callback number, requested service and appointment time. The caller can move or cancel an appointment created during the same call. Changes to appointments from earlier calls go to the business's team.

Why GoodLine asks for Google access

Identify your connected account

Your Google account email and identifier let us show which account is connected. You sign in directly with Google; GoodLine does not receive your Google password.

List calendars and check availability

Calendar names and ownership let you choose a booking calendar. Free/busy times from the calendars you select help avoid conflicts. GoodLine does not read the titles, descriptions, locations or guests of your existing Google events to find availability.

Create and manage appointments

Permission to manage events on calendars you own lets GoodLine create, verify, move and cancel appointments it makes for you. The permission Google grants is broader than those appointments; GoodLine's booking workflow limits its changes to its own events.

The AI receptionist receives available appointment times, not your existing event contents or Google credentials. Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Your control and support

You can disconnect on your private connection page, remove GoodLine in your Google account connections, or contact hello@goodline.ai for setup, support or a data deletion request. Disconnecting stops new bookings; appointments already saved remain on your calendar until you remove them.

See our Privacy Policy for collection, storage, sharing, retention and deletion details, and our Terms for service terms.
