Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Template — not legal advice. This is a starting draft written to be replaced. Because GoodLine handles recorded phone calls, have a lawyer review it against your state's call-recording and consent laws (and HIPAA, if you take on medical or dental clients) before you launch.

Who we are

GoodLine ("we", "us") provides AI receptionist services for businesses. This policy covers goodline.ai and the services we run for our customers.

Information we collect

How we use it

Call recording

Calls answered by GoodLine may be recorded and transcribed so our customers have a record of what was said. Where required by law, callers are told at the start of the call. Customers control how long recordings are retained and can request deletion.

Who we share it with

We share data with the service providers we need to run GoodLine — telephony, speech, AI model, hosting, calendar, and payment providers — under contracts that limit their use of it. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@goodline.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.

Security and retention

We use encryption in transit and at rest and restrict access to call data to staff who need it. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Children

GoodLine is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We'll post any changes on this page and update the date above.
